Annual billing saves ~17% on any paid plan. You can see exactly what's included in your current plan on your Dashboard.

Your monthly check allowance depends on your plan — 30 on Free, 100 on Essential, 250 on Pro, or 500 on Premium. You can see exactly how many checks you've used and how many you have left in the "Free Checks Available" panel on your Dashboard — it resets on the 1st of each month.

Go to Account Settings and scroll to Subscriptions & Billing — pick a plan, choose monthly or annual, and choose PayFast or PayPal to complete payment. You can also pause or cancel your plan from the same section at any time.

Every result page includes a way to flag a result you think is wrong. Your feedback goes directly to the Veri-AQ team for review.

Raw uploaded documents are stored for 12 months after upload, then automatically deleted. Your analysis results and scores are kept indefinitely so you can track your progress over time.

No. Veri-AQ checks the work you've already written — it never writes or completes assignments for you. Tools like Exam Prep and Study Notes Generator work from your own course materials to help you study, not to produce submittable work.

Head to Account Settings from your Dashboard. Some options, like a profile photo, are still being built — that page tells you what's available now.
