REFUND, CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY POLICY

No discretionary or pro-rata refunds; cancellation effective after the paid period

2. Cancellation

• Cancellation prevents the next renewal.
• The paid plan ordinarily remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• No further renewal charge should be taken after effective cancellation unless the customer reactivates or buys another plan.

3. No discretionary refunds

No refund is ordinarily provided because a user changes their mind, does not use the service, cancels during a paid period, forgets to cancel before renewal, disagrees with an analysis/result, receives a different result from another tool, or receives an academic outcome different from a Veri-AQ estimate.

4. Service problems

Veri-AQ may investigate, troubleshoot, restore, re-perform or otherwise remedy a technical problem. A refund is provided only where applicable non-waivable law requires it or Veri-AQ expressly agrees in writing in a specific case.

5. Delivery

Veri-AQ is primarily a digital service. Access is delivered electronically after successful payment or authorised provisioning. Reports and analysis outputs are delivered through the platform or another stated electronic method.

Legal review and mandatory-law notice. This policy framework is designed for Veri-AQ operations and must be reviewed by appropriately qualified counsel before a new entity, jurisdiction, school contract, under-13 U.S. workflow or materially new processing purpose is launched. Nothing in this document excludes rights or duties that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
