UNITED STATES CONSUMER TERMS SUPPLEMENT

U.S. direct-user contract supplement and Wyoming governing-law framework

1. Contracting entity

When activated after formation, U.S. direct-user contracts may be entered into by [INSERT EXACT WYOMING LLC LEGAL NAME AFTER FORMATION]. Exact entity details must be inserted into the Entity and Jurisdiction Schedule before these Terms are used for checkout.

2. Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, U.S. contracts entered into by the Wyoming entity are governed by Wyoming law. This governing-law clause does not waive mandatory federal law or non-waivable consumer/privacy rights of another state that applies to the transaction.

3. Electronic contracting

Users consent to electronic account, billing, security and policy communications where permitted by law. Material subscription price, renewal and cancellation information must be disclosed before purchase.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The global Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy applies: no discretionary or pro-rata refunds; cancellation may be requested at any time and ordinarily stops the next renewal at the end of the paid period. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

5. Dispute process

Before filing a non-emergency claim, the parties should attempt good-faith written resolution through the published support/legal channel for at least 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law or urgent relief is necessary. Any arbitration or class-action waiver should not be inserted until reviewed by U.S. counsel for the final consumer and state-law footprint.

6. U.S. Junior

U.S. Junior is ages 13–17 by default. Age 12 may be activated only after the approved COPPA under-13 workflow is operational and verified.

Legal review and mandatory-law notice. This policy framework is designed for Veri-AQ operations and must be reviewed by appropriately qualified counsel before a new entity, jurisdiction, school contract, under-13 U.S. workflow or materially new processing purpose is launched. Nothing in this document excludes rights or duties that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
