U.S. privacy and student-data obligations vary by state and may depend on consumer residency, business thresholds, school status, product use and data categories. This Schedule prevents Veri-AQ from making a false universal compliance claim and requires an applicability assessment before expansion.
Wyoming law governs the internal affairs of a Wyoming LLC, but formation in Wyoming does not replace federal privacy/education law or mandatory laws of other states. Wyoming public-school districts are required to maintain student-data privacy/security policies, so school contracts may require Wyoming-specific district controls even where no broad general consumer privacy statute applies.

The public Privacy Notice should state that Veri-AQ provides state-specific rights where applicable, while this internal schedule records the actual state-law mapping. Review quarterly and before entering a new U.S. school market.
